Gle: Fast-casual pizza chain to open newest Houston location

A pizza concept with the hottest name is firing up its Katy restaurant this week. The eatery, 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza, plans to open Feb. 9 at 24600 Katy Freeway, according to a release. The fast-casual concept offers hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza pies. It's the third Houston-area location for the New Jersey-based chain.
