Now that I'm back in the States after spending this past winter in Tokyo, I get frequent cravings for my favorite Japanese dishes. Some are long-held loves, like tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) or yakiton (grilled pork skewers - can you tell I like pork?), but others are new discoveries.
