GEM Services: MOSFET packager GEM to expand capacity by 30-50% at China plant

Taiwan-based GEM Services, a backend house dedicated to MOSEFET chips and power modules, plans to expand monthly production capacity at its plant in Hefei, China by 30-50% to better fulfill increasing orders from Japan and Europe IDMs and Taiwan MOSFET makers, according to industry sources.
