GEM Services: GEM embracing robust orders for packaging diverse MOSFETs

Power semiconductor backend specialist GEM Services is embracing strong orders for packaging all types of MOSFET chips, and is expected to post 30-40% annual growth in revenues contributed by orders for packaging mid- and high-voltage MOSFETs alone in 2018, according to industry sources.
