GDC Properties: Orlando Health picks GDC team to redevelop old hospital

Orlando Health has selected a development team of GDC Properties LLC and Weingarten Realty to replace the old Lucerne Pavilion Hospital on downtown's south edge with a mixture of apartments and retail.
