You've heard all the nightmares about remodels gone bad, Tim Garretson and crew was a, "Dream Come True". There is not a day gone by that I thank GCI for rebuilding our home with integrity, honesty, trust and the customer service that you find in luxury hotels. Our project was a major remodel, under budgeted, high expectations, and with the intent to live on property during construction. A contractors nightmare! Tim maintained a safe, friendly, and secure environment. His honesty, communication and can do attitude made the project fun and exciting.Everyday we watched as their craftsmanship, handwork and attention to detail unfolded over a span of 6 months. The banks would own me by now if it was not for Tim and company. Tim is a down to earth, friendly, likable business man that is genuinely interested in helping the customer get the best quality and the best value. He even lent me his truck to pick up 2 tons of marble at an auction in SF......now that's a wow! I look forward to the day when I can build another Dream Home by Garretson Construction."
