Gateway Media: Answers spinoff Gateway Media makes first acquisition

Gateway Media, an Answers Corp. spinoff that owns a portfolio of entertainment and culture websites, has acquired CinemaBlend, a website known for its reviews of movies, TV shows and video games. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Gateway CEO Gabe Douek and CFO Jeff Sanders weren't immediately available for comment. Gateway owns and operates nine content-driven websites, with the most popular being BrainJet, a Quantcast Top 100 site. CinemaBlend, based out of Portland, Oregon, has 10 employees....
