Gateway Distribution: Gateway Distribution Center in Pineville sold to Exeter Property Group

Exeter Property Group has bought the Gateway Distribution Center in Pineville from Verus Partners of Chicago. The price of the transaction wasn't disclosed. The 168,000-square-foot building is fully leased. The sale also includes a site in the park on which a 115,000-square-foot building can be erected.
