Fwd>direct: Quattro creates new business unit by acquiring Fwd Direct

Marketing and advertising agency Quattro, based in Berwyn, Pa., just acquired Fwd Direct. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Downingtown, Pa.-based Fwd Direct has six employees and will now operate under the moniker "Quattro Healthcare Marketing."
