The Wilmington-based owners of the Fuzzy Peach frozen yogurt stores have sold most locations to U-Swirl, Inc. for a purchase price that could be as high as $830,000 depending on royalties. Three UNC-Wilmington business school grads started the company as one Wilmington store and expanded to 17 franchises in four states.
