FMP: Old Country Buffet sold, CEO out

Old Country Buffet parent company Ovation Brands has been sold to a San Antonio-based restaurant company. Texas-based Food Management Partners (FMP) announced its acquisition last week of Greer, S.C.-based Ovation, which has a corporate support campus in Eagan.
