Fluent: Fluent raises seed round, lands bank partnership

Fluent, a financial technology startup that has developed a blockchain-based network and payments platform for corporations, has raised $1.65 million from a group of investors led by New York City venture capital firm ff Venture Capital. Blockchain is the technology behind the bitcoin digital currency.
