Flexential: Bifrost Cable System Lands at Flexential's Hillsboro Campus

Flexential announced that the Bifrost Cable System's Winema, Oregon landing station is now ready-for-service, establishing a direct subsea link between North America and key Southeast Asian markets. Hosted on Flexential's Hillsboro campus, the Bifrost system connects Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Guam, and the U.S., becoming the third multi-tenant subsea cable to terminate at the site. The deployment positions Hillsboro as a critical trans-Pacific interconnection point, strengthening Flexential's role in global digital infrastructure. The Bifrost system is part of Flexential's broader FlexAnywhere® platform, which supports high-density compute deployments and AI workloads across its data centers. The Hillsboro campus features five data centers and the Network Access Point (NAP) of the Northwest, providing access to more than 300 on-net carriers and multiple APAC subsea cables. The infrastructure supports direct connectivity to major cloud providers and carrier hotels, enabling customers to expand their global digital operations with low-latency, high-capacity links. With 110MW of data center capacity under development across Oregon, Georgia, and Colorado, Flexential continues to scale its platform to meet increasing demand for AI and GPU-powered compute. The integration of the Bifrost system enhances the resiliency, capacity, and global reach of Flexential's ecosystem, future-proofing connectivity for enterprises and hyperscale operators.
