So you made it to an interview. Your resume was strong enough that now you're sitting in front of the hiring manager. Ultimately here are three things I've got to know at the end of this interview. Can you do the job? Do you want the job? Will you fit in? Don't be tempted to lie about what you can do and don't sell yourself short either.
