The development team that wants to build a casino across the river from downtown Albany, New York will detail its plans for the first time publicly on Thursday, June 19. Representatives of Flaum Management Co. Inc. and the casino operator will make a presentation at Rensselaer City Hall at 7 p.m., officials said.
