"I wish I had a consistent yoga practice..."
This is one of the most common frustrations I hear from yoga students (or wanna be yoga students). You probably also do other activities - like running, cycling, snowboarding - and getting to a yoga class can be tricky.
But when you do make time, you love the way you feel after class! Your tight muscles feel more open, your mind is calmer, and you're even breathing more deeply. If only you could create a consistent practice and experience those benefits more regularly.
