FISO: Resonetics acquires FISO Technologies

Resonetics said yesterday it acquired FISO Technologies, which develops and builds fiber optic sensors and signal conditioners. Founded in 1994 and based in Quebec City, Quebec, FISO was previously owned by Nova Ventures' Nova Metrix. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
