Firmstep: Firm that merged with GovDelivery acquires British company

Granicus, a maker of software for government agencies that merged with GovDelivery in 2016, has acquired London-based government services company Firmstep. Firmstep serves nearly a third of local governments in the U.K., according to a Granicus press release distributed Thursday, and it employs roughly 60 people.
