Fiera Axium: Morgan Stanley Unit to Sell Montreal Gateway Terminals

A unit of Morgan Stanley has agreed to sell Montreal Gateway Terminals Partnership, a cargo container facility, to a consortium led by Fiera Axium Infrastructure Inc., in a deal that could fetch more than $600 million.
