Fay Sharpe, Vice President BCD Meetings & Events EMEA scooped the prestigious M&IT Personality of the Year award on Friday night.Presented in recognition of her above and beyond contribution to the industry, Fay was named recipient of the accolade in front of a packed awards ceremony. The award was given for Fay's conception, creation and un-relenting commitment to Fast Forward 15; the female mentoring programme which champions female talent through building confidence, empowerment and up-skilling.
