FamilyCare Health: It's T minus 24 hours, or so, until FamilyCare's shutdown

The clock is ticking for FamilyCare Health, which is shutting down and transitioning its 115,000 members to other coordinated care organizations, mainly Health Share of Oregon, on Thursday.
