FamilyCare Health: It's official: FamilyCare to close Dec. 31, leaving 322 without jobs

FamilyCare Health, the state's second-largest coordinated care organization, will officially close its doors on Dec. 31, a decision the organization says the Oregon Health Authority forced it into.
