FamilyCare Health: DOJ launches investigation of shuttered FamilyCare, demands documents

The Oregon Department of Justice is investigating four entities related to FamilyCare Health, the coordinated care organization that shuttered in January, to determine whether they violated laws governing nonprofits and charities.
