Hello everyone!
This summer, apart from taking a few days off, we have updated the database servers to improve their performance and security, we have published a new option in the web application to help you have greater control over the tags you use in FacileThings, and we have worked on a new version of the mobile app, which will incorporate routine management.
The new version of the mobile app is already in the testing phase, so it won’t take long to publish it.
From now on, we will mainly work on integrating FacileThings with Zapier. Zapier is a service that allows you to connect all the tools compatible with its platform (more than 5,000) and automate many processes in a very simple way, without having programming knowledge. For example, processes such as:
Create a task in FacileThings when a new task is assigned to me in Trello (or another task/project management application)
Create a task in FacileThings when I receive an email from X”
Send a message via Slack (or another messaging app) when I finish a task in FacileThings
In a few days we will send a copy of the new FacileThings Getting Started Guide to all of you who don’t have it yet. Even though some of you have been using the app for a long time, you will surely find some useful things.
