Explorer Pipeline: Explorer fuel pipeline at reduced rates until at least mid-week

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Explorer Pipeline Co, which hauls fuel from the Gulf Coast to the US Midwest, said on Monday it will continue to operate at reduced rates until permanent repairs are complete on its line from Houston to Glenpool, Oklahoma.
