Excelsior: Ryerson acquires Excelsior Inc.

Industrial metals processor and distributor Ryerson Holding Corp., Chicago, has acquired Excelsior Inc. The Fresno, Calif.-based fabricator offers machining, laser and waterjet cutting, welding, and complex assemblies.
