Evohosting: Daily Internet Buys Evohosting, Subscription To Raise GBP 435K; Stock Dips

Daily Internet plc (DAIP.L), a hosting and cloud infrastructure as a service or IaaS provider, Thursday announced the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Evohosting Limited for a total cash consideration of 395 thousand pounds. The company also announced a subscription to raise 435 thousand pounds, at a subscription price of 2p per share, with existing institutional investors. In London, the shares were losing around 20 percent in the morning trading.
