PRINCETON, N.J., June 29, 2017 -- eSystems, Inc., a leading provider of business and IT services, has successfully completed the first implementation of the newest version of IBM's Watson Health Social Program Management (SPM) solution at Arkansas Department of Human Services (AR DHS). This upgrade to Arkansas's Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment Framework (EEF) went live on Monday, May 15, 2017 and was immediately available to the state's case workers in all 75 counties.
