Essity: Swedish company Essity's sales up 0.4% in Q1 FY25

Essity reported a 0.4 per cent rise in net sales to SEK 34,976 million (~$3.62 billion) in the first quarter of 2025, with 2.1 per cent organic growth driven by higher prices. All business areas saw positive growth, though Professional Hygiene volumes declined in North America. Despite slightly lower EBITA due to cost pressures, cash flow remained strong.
