Epistar: Epistar, Lextar report 3Q19 operating losses

LED wafer and chip maker Epistar and vertically-integrated LED firm Lextar Electronics have reported net operating losses of NT$874.6 million (US$28.7 million) and NT$145.8 million respectively for third-quarter 2019.
