Endeavor Robotics: FLIR acquires unmanned ground vehicle company Endeavor Robotics

FLIR Systems, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Endeavor Robotic Holdings, Inc., formerly known as iRobot Defense & Security, a developer of tactical unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) for the global military, public safety, and critical infrastructure markets from Arlington Capital Partners for $385 million in cash.
