.hdr_img { max-width:100%!important; } Microsoft hears you, Volume Licensing can be complex! There are always multiple ways to buy, confusing licensing models, segregated spend recognition and no easy way to track all the business a customer does with Microsoft from a single consolidated view.Let's recap, back in July Microsoft announced that all commercial customers signing a new Enterprise Enrollment would be required to license at least 500 users/devices, increased from the current 250 minimum. In response, in early 2017, Microsoft is moving toward one unified Volume Licensing approach, where customers need a single agreement with the flexibility to buy what they want, when they want it; and they get a 360-degree view of everything they've bought from Microsoft. In short, they are merging the best EA features with the MPSA program (branding as Enterprise Advantage) - and creating a better experience for everyone involved! With Enterprise Advantage, customers with over 250 seats or users will get the best value for their three-year, organization-wide commitment for cloud and software purchases:Ability to mix perpetual and subscription software entitlements and cloud services purchases within the same orderEasily add or remove users and services - true up or true down - to adjust for changing business needs (as with the Enterprise Agreement)And with MPSA's purchasing accounts, you will can aggregate org-wide Enterprise Advantage purchases from multiple purchasing accounts to optimize pricing. **This benefit is exclusive to MPSALet's look at how Enterprise Advantage fits into the transformation of Volume Licensing:In the diagram below, the options on the left are the traditional licensing agreements, and the Enterprise Advantage option for MPSA is shown on the right. As you can see, what used to require up to 6 agreements and 4 purchasing options can now be done through only 1 agreement with 2 options! Many exciting changes are right around the corner!!
