Emmaculate Reflections Clng: PE-backed KBS acquires Emmaculate Reflections

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services LLC, which is backed by GI Partners, has acquired Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based Emmaculate Reflections, a provider of contract cleaning and facility support services to major restaurant chains. No financial terms were disclosed.
