Emily Program: The Emily Program to merge with N.C.-based eating-disorder program

Eating-disorder treatment provider The Emily Program, which is based in St. Paul, will merge with another eating-disorder program, Durham, N.C.-based Veritas Collaborative, the two organizations announced Wednesday. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but Emily Program CEO Dave Willcutts described it as a "merger of equals."
