As part of their 70th Anniversary celebration, Goodwill Industries of San Antonio presented Anthony E. Hargrove, CEO of the Ella Austin Community Center, with the Bill Sinkin Partnership Award for outstanding contributions and partnerships with Goodwill and the community. The award is named after William “Bill” Sinkin who, along with other community leaders, founded Goodwill in 1945.
