Elite Polymer Solutions: Atkore acquires conduit maker for $92 million

Harvey-based Atkore Inc. said it has acquired the assets of Elite Polymer Solutions, a manufacturer of plastic conduit primarily serving telecommunications, utility and transportation markets, for a purchase price of $91.6 million.
