ECS Team: Colorado IT consulting firm to be sold to Canadian company

Global IT and business process services firm CGI Group Inc. is buying ECS Team, a Greenwood Village-based IT consulting firm. CGI (NYSE: GIB), based in Montreal, says it is the world's fifth-largest independent IT and business process services firm in the world, with some 68,000 employees, including 11,000 in the U.S. across 80 cities and 33 states.
