The sale was authorized under bankruptcy court proceedings and does not transfer to Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations (formerly Dynamic Recycling) any liabilities or obligations of ECS Refining, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in late April 2018 and closed at the end of June 2018.
