My journey in self development started in August 1997.Something inside of me shifted and I saw that I was capable of more than I had realised possible beforehand. I felt expanded and empowered. It wasn't just a 'thought', it was a deep knowing. I felt energised in every cell of my body. That particular shift was all around rowing...
