Desert Troon will take over concession operations at Scorpion Bay Marina at the Lake Pleasant Regional Park in the Northwest Valley. The Scottsdale-based real estate development and investment firm has inked an agreement with the Maricopa Country Board of Supervisors to take over operations through 2040.
