DST Systems: DST Systems Workers To Settle 401(k) Mismanagement Suits

A class of former DST Systems Inc. workers who alleged the company and its investment advisers mismanaged an employee 401(k) plan told a New York federal court they reached a settlement to resolve at least two federal benefits lawsuits.
