DST Systems: DST Workers, DOL Unveil $124.6M ERISA 401(k) Settlement

DST Systems Inc., its investment manager and others accused of mismanaging a 401(k) plan have agreed to pay $124.6 million to end multiple lawsuits from ex-workers and a U.S. Department of Labor enforcement action, according to filings in New York federal court.
