On September 19, 2015, San Diego nonprofit, Positive FACE, will host a Town Hall as part of a 40-city simultaneous Town Hall on National Teacher Efficiency. The Town Hall is from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Positive FACE will also host the Education Resource Fair that same day from 8 a.m. to noon in the Educational Cultural Complex - 4343 Oceanview Blvd., San Diego, CA, 92113.
