DRB-Hicom: DRB-Hicom, Geely form joint venture to develop the Automotive Hi-Tech Valley in Malaysia

Malaysia-based conglomerate DRB-Hicom and Chinese automaker Geely Holdings have signed a joint venture agreement to develop the Automotive Hi-Tech Valley in Tanjong Malim, Perak in Malaysia. This follows the recent master collaboration agreement signed in October 2023, which had set forth the underlying principles, governance framework, and mutual commitment for the AHTV project.
