Almost 90% of users reporting issues say they had trouble logging into the Wells Fargo app. Some others reported issues with their account balance, transactions, and using transfer service like Zelle. Customer service 57mins to get someone and they cannot answer any question," said one user that a Wells Fargo representative responded to on the platform X.
