Dovetail: Dovetail marketing agency appoints new CEO

Dovetail, the Central West End-based marketing agency, has appointed Tom Etling as its new CEO. Etling joined Dovetail last year after leaving his previous post as CEO of the nonprofit St. Patrick Center.
