doValue: DoValue strengthens partnership with National Bank of Greece

(Alliance News) - doValue is enhancing its collaboration with the National Bank of Greece through its subsidiary doValue Greece Res, signing an agreement to manage a portfolio for securitization, as Milano Finanza writes Thursday. The portfolio, mainly composed of EUR700 million in secured impaired loans, has a total value of EUR1.4 billion -- Frontier III project --, with doValue as the sole servicer. The securitization will be completed by the second quarter of 2025, the financial newspaper continued. This transaction enabled doValue to achieve EUR6.1 billion in gross book value from new business, exceeding the EUR6 billion target and covering more than 75 percent of the annual target. As of December 31, 2024, doValue manages EUR136 billion in gross assets and also has a presence in Spain and Cyprus.
