The redevelopment of Hill East, a portion of it at least, has finally left the drawing board. Donatelli Development and Blue Skye Construction last week submitted plans to redevelop a surface parking lot adjacent to the Stadium Armory Metro station with two mixed-use buildings totaling roughly 390,000 square feet.
