Donatelli Development has found a friend in Metro. The Bethesda-based developer on Tuesday was awarded the rights to develop a surface parking lot adjacent to the Fort Totten Metro station with 345 residential units and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The 3.35-acre lot is located at First Place and Galloway Street in Northeast D.C., just west of the station entrance.
