With COVID-19 (Coronavirus) spreading it’s not only important for us to be ready to help clean and sanitize areas for various organizations in the communities we serve, but also vital for us to have internal processes in place to maintain a safe working environment and give our customers peace of mind during this time. We are able and ready to help our communities with infection control and cleaning efforts, but to do so we must keep ourselves healthy and safe first. Here are some items in our action plan: Cleanliness and Hygiene – It’s important that if a team member is sick, they do not come to work. All our locations will be following this guideline and ensuring our employees entering customers’ homes are healthy and safe. We have put hygiene and cleanliness standards in place for our employees to follow. As it has been recommended by many agencies, our employees will also be given the opportunity to work from home and practice social distancing. Individual Safety Procedures – Disaster Response has put procedures in place for individual and personal safety measures as well.
